Analysis of options and valuation metrics for raising of equity capital, designing and managing a marketing process to obtain terms from potential funders and negotiating to successfully raise best form of equity capital to meet client’s needs and minimise any existing shareholders’ dilution.

Design and implementation of optimal debt financing process to access the best terms available for its client and negotiation of optimal debt financing structures and terms. Provides access to multiple sources of debt finance from all international financiers including both banks and non-banks.

Advice to infrastructure, energy and mining project owners for the preparation, structuring and negotiation of project financing transactions involving bank and non-bank lenders, export credit agencies and/or multilateral agencies.

Alongside any debt advisory, project finance or equity fund raising other sources of capital are reviewed and marketed to fully explore all alternatives to meet client’s preferences and requirements such as hybrid or convertible debt capital, unitranche debt, supplier funding / leasing, off-taker funding and government agency funding / grants.
